INSERTI BY CHIARA LIONELLO

The project Inserti by Italian designer Chiara Lionello reimagines the traditional flower vase as a small interactive architecture. The collection combines two elements: a handcrafted ceramic vase that holds water and a linear bar in anodized aluminum designed to support a delicate floral composition. Together, they create an object that invites participation and creativity.
Rather than simply holding flowers, Inserti encourages a daily gesture of composition. The perforated aluminum bar allows stems to be arranged in multiple ways, transforming the vase into a space for experimentation where each arrangement becomes unique.
The project also explores the dialogue between craftsmanship and industry. The ceramic bases are handmade by a family of Milanese ceramists, preserving small imperfections that reveal the artisanal process, while the aluminum elements—cut and treated from construction materials—introduce precision and structure.
Minimal yet poetic, Inserti turns a simple object into an invitation to slow down and practice everyday beauty through flowers, composition, and design.
